About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our Housing Division in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving departmental projects, innovations, and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
  • Provide technical expertise to support sales staff in acquiring new business
  • Drive departmental projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Deliver on departmental/state bottom line targets
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on people management and leadership
  • Experience managing workflows and processes to achieve efficient outcomes
  • Knowledge of the residential design and construction process, from untitled land to handover
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes and standards, including NCC and AS codes
  • Ability to work with CRM systems to optimize processes and systems
