Ampol is a leading convenience retailer in Australia, and as a Foodary team member, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences. Our stores are open 7 days a week, with varying shift times to accommodate your needs.

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Foodary store representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through engaging with customers, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining store presentation by effectively merchandising products, managing inventory, and controlling stock levels
  • Selling products and promoting loyalty programs to increase sales and customer retention
  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment

About You:

  • You have previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are able to work effectively in a team environment, taking direction from the Store Manager and contributing to team goals
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, including working varying shift times
