We're seeking an accomplished Structural Engineer to collaborate on high-profile projects, leveraging their expertise across technical work, project management, and client relationships.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing structural designs for buildings, accompanied by inspections, assessments, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, building services, and civil engineers in multidisciplinary teams to deliver iconic projects.
  • Leveraging project management skills to lead teams and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Working collaboratively on projects from conception through to final design and construction surveillance.
  • Pursuing ongoing career development opportunities within a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • A relevant university degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
  • 3-6 years' industry experience as a Structural Engineer, with specific depth of experience in building design projects in a consulting environment.
  • Experience utilizing a broad range of skills across various types of buildings and materials.
  • Membership of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng and NER registration is desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards.
  • Able and willing to mentor junior engineers.
