About the Role

This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors, answering phone calls and directing inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced environment, be friendly, flexible and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and interact with residents, families and staff
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage resident movements and coordinate logistics
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Ensure the front office is presented professionally and efficiently

Requirements

- Previous experience in administration or customer service (aged care setting ideal)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with high levels of customer service
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining organizational standards
- Current police check (aged care & vulnerable person specific)
