The Job
  • To identify, develop and capitalise on new business opportunities with diverse clients.
  • To foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive growth.
  • To create and implement strategic plans to increase market share.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  • To monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • To achieve sales targets and objectives within agreed timeframes.
  • To provide regular updates to management on business development activities, ensuring seamless communication throughout the organisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of business development experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to build long-lasting partnerships.
