Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team. As a leading provider of aged care services, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

The role involves working under the guidance of allied health professionals to support the implementation of individualized care plans. This includes hosting therapy sessions, supporting telehealth assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • A strong passion for providing world-class care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
