Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill a Front of House team member role.

About the Role

  • Welcome guests, ensure a positive first impression, and provide exceptional service.
  • Take orders, offer recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails, and deliver beverages and meals efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas, tables, and bar floor.
  • Manage reservations, assist with function setups, handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
  • Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Adhere to responsible service of alcohol requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver seamless service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, such as Lightspeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of premium beverages (training provided).
  • A valid RSA Certificate is mandatory.
