Property Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced property lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and a proven track record of success in the field.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2-4 year property lawyer to work on a range of property related transactions, including major property developments, acquisitions and disposals, commercial, retail, industrial leasing, acquisition and disposal management rights and ancillary assets, property syndicates, advising on joint ventures, strata and community schemes and tax, stamp duty and GST effective structures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will be a technically savvy and experienced lawyer with excellent academics, and between two and four years' relevant post-admission property experience gained at an established law firm. You will possess the ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team environment, have strong technical and client relationship skills with strong attention to detail.
