Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes.

About the Role
  • Conduct analytical business analysis to gather requirements and influence decisions within the software engineering and digital space.
  • Lead multiple platform and application development teams, coordinating and scheduling team meetings, measuring progress, and monitoring team performance.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments, analyze data-related needs, define integration approaches, and understand key inter-team dependencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in systems integration and data-driven solutions.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholder relationships, elicit technical requirements, and drive team performance in complex integration environments.
  • Hands-on experience with integration projects (APIs, middleware, data pipelines), deep understanding of data flows, and a development background and/or strong knowledge of the SDLC.
