Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Oversee the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy, ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked.
- Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.
- Relevant retail and people management experience in Pharmacy.
- Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
- A positive attitude and the ability to manage and multi-task in this busy role.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
