About the Role
- Conduct comprehensive home-based participant assessments and produce detailed reports to support NDIS funding.
- Collaborate with participants, families, and carers to provide personalized assessments and develop tailored therapeutic intervention plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based programs to support individuals with disabilities.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to discuss individual progress and develop effective treatment plans.
Requirements
- BA in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Registration with APHRA or equivalent.
- Current Working with Children Check, Police check, and CPR training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional time management skills.
