About the Role

The Learning and Development Consultant role is designed to foster business development needs within an existing client group in the Australia and New Zealand region.

This consultant primarily coordinates the development and delivery of learning and performance initiatives and programs that align to the business needs of clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate individual and group training programs covering various technical, operational, management, and other skills areas.
  2. Coordinate the development of teaching and instructional materials based on program, project, or initiative objectives.
  3. Provide advisory support to clients at various levels of seniority.
  4. Evaluate and update learning and development programs continuously.
  5. Manage finances on all projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
  6. Coordinate with third-party suppliers as needed.
  7. Develop and execute a business strategy targeting TOA clients in Australia and New Zealand.
  8. Foster sales opportunities and promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.
