Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused individual to join our Production Team. As a Trainee Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain plant and equipment within designated production teams to meet site production targets.
  • Achieve benchmark performance levels of cost, safety, environment, quality, and output rates for operations.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct business in line with our values of Respect, Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, and Ownership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven ability to work safely, consistently, and reliably with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for high performance standards.
  • Positive communication skills.
  • A team mentality that includes understanding the impact of attitude, punctuality, and attendance.
  • A minimum educational standard (literacy and numeracy) of year 10 with good computer literacy.
  • Personal alignment to our values.
  • Previous experience on a construction or manufacturing site is highly regarded.
