Warehouse and Logistics Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Warehousing and Logistics strategy, ensuring seamless supply chain management and efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective Supply Chain Management Plans to optimize warehousing and logistics processes.
- Design and implement strategic plans to enhance warehousing and logistics capabilities, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Set ambitious goals to deliver outstanding results in warehousing and logistics, taking ownership of driving results through these objectives.
- Analyse customer, internal stakeholder, and supply chain partner feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify potential risks to program delivery, developing mitigation strategies to address concerns proactively.
- A tertiary qualification in commerce, supply chain, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum 10 years' relevant business experience in supply chain, preferably in Defence, Manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Extensive experience in Warehousing and Logistics management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in establishing new warehouse facilities, infrastructure, and processes for Warehousing and Logistics.
- Direct experience in related supply chain disciplines, including inventory management and procurement.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
