Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents for our clients.

About the Role

  • Prepare financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts, and superannuation funds
  • Prepare tax returns for entities and individuals
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
  • Provide taxation advice to clients

About You

  • 3+ years experience working in a local public practice
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to research tax issues as required
  • Personal and team skills – ability to work well with different staff / clients / stakeholders
  • Degree qualified and commenced or looking to commence CA
