Internal Sales Representative
">The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and ensuring the seamless operation of our branch.
">This dynamic individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on our range of industrial solutions.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

Who are you?
">- A results-driven professional with a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in industrial products is highly regarded but not essential).
- A proactive and solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- A willingnessto learn and develop product knowledge in bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.
- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving business goals.
