Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Training Systems Operations Specialist at our RAAF Base Edinburgh facility.

In this position, you will be responsible for evolving P-8A Poseidon Training by providing courseware and scenario amendment.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance and training methodology, as well as expertise in Learning Management System administration.

You will also have experience manipulating and developing courseware using MS office and Adobe Creative suite of software tools, including generation of animations and interactive presentations.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to interpret customer training requirements and ensure that courseware reflects course learning outcomes.

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/22) or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct courseware development and amendment to meet customer requirements.
  • Virtual mission scenario generation to ensure simulated training events meet operator requirements and course learning outcomes.
  • Administration of Learning Management System to host courseware, assessment instruments, course enrollment, and paneling for Aircrew and Maintenance Course sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
