Seeking a results-driven Clinical Operations Manager to lead our After Hours Management Team at Northern Beaches Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating staff, resources, and patient admissions to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, current AHPRA registration, and postgraduate qualification in Leadership and Management are essential requirements.

  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent

  • Post graduate qualification in Leadership and Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role in a large acute hospital environment
  • People leadership skills including mentorship and coaching of team members
  • Advanced clinical competence and proven experience in clinical supervision
  • Proven track record with the coordination and allocation of staff
  • Demonstrated high level organisational skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
