Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Funeral Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that funeral ceremonies are conducted with dignity and respect for the deceased and their loved ones.

As a Funeral Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our funeral arrangement team to plan and execute funeral services. This will involve:

  • Working with families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of the ceremony
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to families during their time of need

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field (funeral services, customer service, event planning)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
