IT Support System Administrator

Our organisation is seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to provide high-level technical support and system administration services across various systems.
About the Role:- Deliver exceptional second and third-level help desk support for diverse systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and networking infrastructure.
- Collaborate on complex projects, manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, and interact closely with clients to ensure seamless system performance.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT support and system administration.
- Extensive experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualisation technologies.
- Expertise in backup and DR solutions (e.g. StorageCraft).
- Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VPN, and networking (routers, firewalls).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of remote monitoring and management RMM systems.
