Project Manager Opportunity in Commercial Fitout

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne CBD. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading building design development and build-ability close-out, engaging design engineers, and managing the Head and Main Contract.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in commercial fitout, strong communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet. You will be working with a close-knit office of 15 team members and will have the opportunity to take on an autonomous project leadership role.

Our client is a full-service consultancy with a healthy reputation for quality designs and construction delivery. They are looking for someone who can lead by example, manage the variations process, and attend to RFI's.

The remuneration range for this Project Manager role is from $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead building design development and build-ability close-out
  • Engage design engineers and manage the Head and Main Contract
  • Manage the variations process and attend to RFI's
