Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary design teams through all project phases from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a consultative approach to managing clients on design and technical aspects of a project, as well as experience leading large complex projects and teams, coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing, performance reviews and feedback.

This role involves directing a design team through design documentation and contract administration, while demonstrating commercial awareness in managing finances, resources and personnel at a senior level.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' post-graduation experience in various projects and sectors, preferably with health architecture experience.
  • Proven experience working with Revit and a Masters degree in Architecture with registration as an architect or working towards registration.
