As an Operations Loader, you will play a vital role in our production environment, operating equipment to create value-added solutions for customers, while ensuring quality, safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with material collection and delivery
  • Safely unload inbound freight and load outbound vehicles
  • Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist operators in other locations including fabrication and metal processing
  • Assist with general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Conduct routine safety and equipment checks before and after use
Qualifications
  • Current forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Effective communication skills, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet providing safe and practical solutions
  • Commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others
