Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that meet business objectives and drive consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated retail media solutions.
  • Lead the development of innovative marketing strategies that leverage customer insights, industry trends, and business results.
  • Work closely with agency partners and sales teams to deliver against brand/portfolio objectives in retail media.
  • Partner with measurement teams to iteratively improve retail media investment performance.
  • Lead collaboration with shopper and media agency partners to ensure accountability & delivery on requirements.

You'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in media with digital marketing or e-commerce landscape.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce retailers and media strategies.
  • Strong business and analytical acumen.
  • Leading knowledge and track record of success with data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary, and often global digital projects.
