About the Role



We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to join our team in Griffith. In this role, you will provide care and companionship for older people living in their own homes, empowering their independence and improving their quality of life.




  • Providing personal care, including assistance with showering, dressing, and meal preparation;
  • Helping clients with household chores and errands;
  • Accompanying clients on outings, such as shopping trips or medical appointments;


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification;
  • Prior experience working in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in this field;
  • An empathetic and resourceful approach, with excellent communication skills;
  • A reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, and a valid Australian driver's license;
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing client needs;
