A skilled Accountant will play a key role in supporting the success of our resort network by delivering accurate financial reporting, identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring timely transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Deliver clear and accurate profit and loss analysis to stakeholders providing value-adding insights into business performance.
  • Transaction Processing: Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and identify opportunities to streamline workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Collate and process stocktakes in the inventory management system using information sourced from individual properties and issue relevant reports.
  • Stock Variance Resolution: Investigate and resolve stock variances in collaboration with resort teams.
Operational Support
  • Annual Budgets and Re-Forecasting: Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasting process.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain inventory and POS systems including updates for new items and suppliers.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile F&B purchase invoices across inventory management and finance systems to ensure consistency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement of financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Year-End Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Contribute to year-end balance sheet reconciliations across the resort network.
