Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of landscape maintenance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Travel to sites in company vehicles to perform landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, whipping, edging, pruning, planting, and hedging
- Supervise and coordinate the work of team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Accurately and detailedly report on tasks performed and provide feedback to team members
- Take responsibility for the safety and well-being of team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

About You:
- Previous experience as a Mower Operator or in a similar role
- Current and valid manual driver's license
