Job Title: Restaurant and Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams, creating warm and welcoming atmospheres, and driving sales growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of Core Restaurant, Bar, and In-Room Dining
  • Creating effective rosters that balance service delivery and budget requirements
  • Handling guest requests and complaints with professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma-level training in food and beverage management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related experience, including management experience
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • A head for business and an eye for detail
  • Ability to delegate and lead a team
  • Flexibility and availability during busy periods
