Job Opportunity: Change Advice Role

At our organization, we are seeking a junior change advisor to collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the legal practice and enabling services group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization's change function and guide continuous improvement.
  • Provide change advice and support for digital projects and change initiatives.
  • Built awareness of change principles, supported staff to adopt solutions, and ensured people-related change impacts are considered throughout the modernisation journey.

Requirements:

  • Australian Public Service (APS) Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.

Benefits:

  • $75,260 - $81,338 per year.
  • 15.4% employer super contribution.
