We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of high-quality content for students and teachers across Australia.

Our mission is to empower educators by providing them with engaging, accurate and on-brand learning materials that cater to diverse needs.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in science education and exceptional leadership skills. They will lead a team of content creators working on Biology and Chemistry courses, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of top-notch content that meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of subject matter experts to design and develop high-quality content for Biology and Chemistry courses
  • Ensure all content is grounded in solid pedagogy, up-to-date, and aligned with curriculum requirements
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a collaborative and dynamic work environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Develop and implement processes to improve content quality, user experience, and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry, and Movement, with a proven track record of success in science education
