Optical Dispenser Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Optical Dispenser to join our team in Perth, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and dispensing high-quality optical products, while maintaining a strong rapport with customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting department productivity, financial and quality goals as set by management
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Performing month end procedures and preparing reports as required
  • Entering data; utilizing extensive knowledge of the Sunix optical software system
  • Providing excellent customer service and contributing to the Institute's reputation
  • Assisting clients in selecting frames according to style, color and any other individual specifications
  • Maintaining general infection control
  • Repairing damaged and worn frames

This is a part-time position with set days and flexible hours open to negotiation. Opportunities for additional hours during leave cover or peak periods are available, along with ongoing learning and development to help you advance your optical career.
