Job Role: Concierge Attendant

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our destinations.

As a Concierge Attendant, you'll be the friendly face and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling Gift Cards and other services

You will:

  • Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Be available for shifts including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
