Seasonal Team Members

We are looking for friendly and reliable team members to help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during the festive season.

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service, creates positive experiences and helps build lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell services that meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
