Property and Environmental Law Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled lawyer or associate with 3-5 years of post-admission experience to become a vital part of our Property, Planning, and Environment division.

This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage in high-profile transactions while cultivating meaningful client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive legal guidance on property acquisitions and sales
  • Delivering legal insights on real estate aspects of commercial and corporate dealings
  • Conducting thorough due diligence assessments and reporting for capital transactions
  • Advising on leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in real estate law and transactions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently
