Job Title: Box Office Supervisor

About the Role:

The Box Office Supervisor will oversee daily ticketing operations, providing supervision and support to staff. They will work with stakeholders to establish ticketing for events across multiple venues, maintaining accurate sales records and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of ticketing from sales to event reconciliation.
  • Supervision and guidance to all Box Office staff.
  • Liaising with stakeholders for various event ticketing.
  • Maintaining accurate sales and financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Events, Performing Arts, or relevant field.
  • At least three years' experience as a Box Office supervisor, with high-level computer literacy.
  • Enthusiasm for creative arts and theatre procedures.
