Overview

JB Hi-Fi is a leading retailer offering the latest in technology, consumer electronics, home entertainment, and appliances with a focus on value, brands, and customer service across our store network, online, and commercial division.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for the store by providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store's Communications Team, putting the customer at the center of everything you do
  • Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards
  • Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on safety, including in-store process and incident reporting
Qualifications
  • You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, have proven retail experience and broad knowledge of Telco
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise
  • You must be able to work both independently and as part of a consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure
