About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. As an Operations Team Member, you will be expected to deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling and Banking Integrity: Ensure that all cash handling and banking transactions are performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Tendering Transactions: Process customer payments in a timely and professional manner.

  • Telephone Management and Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activity: Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales and engagement.
  • Inventory Management and Controllable Expenses: Assist in managing inventory levels and controlling controllable expenses to optimize financial performance.
  • Sales Channel Fulfillment: Ensure that all sales channel fulfillment processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
