Leading Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our flexible relief team, providing high-quality early childhood education and care services across multiple kindergartens in the northern suburbs.
This is a rare full-time position offering guaranteed hours and paid leave over term and summer breaks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work across a portfolio of kindergartens, relieving educators and teachers as needed.
- Provide support to kindergarten services each day, adapting to new environments and situations.
- Collaborate with area managers on projects such as recruitment, accreditation, and auditing.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Degree-qualified preschool educator or ECT degree student with completed units.
- Cert III Educator actively working towards Diploma.
- Able to travel to different kindergartens each morning and start work by 8:00 am when required.
- Experience with sessional kinder or the kinder room in long day care.
- Dependable, confident, competent, positive, and energetic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
