We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals, who provide vital support to individuals with communication difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality therapy services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for our participants.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload, providing timely and effective therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and abilities.

They will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each participant.

The role involves supporting individuals with various communication challenges, including speech, language, fluency, voice and feeding difficulties.

  • Providing early intervention and parent coaching for young children (0-5)
  • Assessing and implementing strategies for school-aged children with literacy and social communication difficulties
  • Supporting adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with the relevant professional body as a Speech Pathologist or equivalent qualification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
