About the Role

As a Civil Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple power schemes, from inception to completion. You will be based on one site at a time, managing subcontractors and direct labour on schemes valued up to £20m. Your duties will include:

  • Managing and leading teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Coordinating groundworks, drainage, and RC works
  • Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring project timelines are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in civil engineering and experience in site management
  • A CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in the power sector is desirable
