Lead English Education Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our English department in inspiring young women to become fearless thinkers.

The successful candidate will have expertise in teaching programs, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor staff and track individual student progress.

  • Develop and deliver innovative teaching programs aligned with the strategic goals of the school.
  • Mentor staff to foster academic excellence.
  • Build a culture where wellbeing, academic progress, and spiritual development go hand in hand.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in HSC and/or IB marking and possess expert leadership in curriculum design and assessment.

A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is desirable but not required.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams and learning specialists to support diverse learning needs.

Experience or interest in teaching the IB Diploma Programme is also an advantage.
