This position requires collaboration with the Learning Support Leader and classroom teachers to implement programs tailored to individual student needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with students according to their identified requirements, working collaboratively with teachers, modifying and implementing programs as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing meaningful connections with students based on their identified needs
- Collaborating with the Learning Support Leader and classroom teachers to deliver in-class support
- Modifying and implementing educational programs as required
- Certificate III in Education Support or higher relevant qualification
- Experience in assisting students with numeracy and literacy under teacher guidance
- Proven experience working with students who require additional learning support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Current Blue Card
- Strong Christian character and an active faith
- A highly supportive work environment
