Job Title: Haematology Nursing Specialist
">- We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Haematology Nursing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. This includes conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying and implementing discharge planning requirements, and prioritizing and implementing planned care to achieve expected outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate nursing assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Prioritize and implement planned care to achieve expected outcomes and promote positive patient experiences.
- Evaluate patient progress and revise nursing interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in haematology nursing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in haematology nursing.
