This role requires a highly skilled professional to support the delivery and maintenance of PeopleSoft Global Payroll (GP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in troubleshooting complex payroll issues and providing configuration and end-user support within the PeopleSoft HCM/GP application.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues to ensure accurate fortnightly pay runs.
- Provide configuration and end-user support within the PeopleSoft HCM/GP application.
- Design and recommend system and payroll control enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery.
Requirements
- 5 years proven experience with PeopleSoft Global Payroll (v8 or v9) and HCM.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation and superannuation.
- Advanced analytical and fault-finding skills within HRIS environments.
- Proficient with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Query.
- Experience in system and software testing (UAT, defect resolution, regression).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
