About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Kids Academy Moorabbin. As a key member of our coaching and mentoring team, you will play a vital role in shaping teaching practices and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that promote learning and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the well-being and safety of children and staff

About You
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
