Job Opening for AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, construction, and deployment of production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Generative AI and agentic workflows.
  • Implement cloud-native AI systems and develop proficiency with LLMOps/DevOps pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune AI models using open-source tools.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience delivering data-driven AI and genAI solutions in a business environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java is a plus.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases).
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with data engineering and pipelines (SQL, ETL/ELT, distributed systems) to handle large datasets and unstructured data.
  • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.
