Job Title: Senior Data AI Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data AI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Data & AI team, you will play a vital role in designing, constructing, and deploying production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.

You will work with clients across various industries to engage in hands-on work with complex and diverse datasets, focusing on deploying and refining advanced generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, construction, and deployment of production-grade AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and basic agentic workflows.
  • Support the implementation of cloud-native AI systems, gaining proficiency with LLMOps/DevOps pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Participate in the evaluation and fine-tuning of AI models, utilising open-source tools.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience delivering data-driven AI and genAI solutions in a business environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
