Electrical Apprentice Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed and portable machinery, including diagnosing and fault-finding PLC controlled equipment, elevators, and conveyors.
  • Attend Tafe blocks as required.

Requirements:

  • Interest in a career in the electrical field.
  • A strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Ability to travel within the Geraldton zone regularly.
  • Completed a pre-apprenticeship (highly desired).
  • Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with high grain dust concentrations.
