A rare opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Senior Paralegal to join our dynamic Wills and Estates Law team at a premier mid-tier firm. This is a full-spectrum role that offers a stimulating and secure future, with a focus on wills, estates planning, asset planning, trusts, and probate issues.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Directly liaise with clients, barristers, solicitors, and third parties to provide exceptional support and service.
  • Manage day-to-day client file management, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and type basic wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents, as well as correspondence and briefs to barristers.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects and general administration, utilizing your organizational and communication skills to drive results.
  • Assist with billing and trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with a junior word processor operator to enhance your productivity and efficiency.

About You

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in wills and estates law.
  • You should have a keen interest in pursuing a career specializing in wills, estates, and succession law.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and typing speed are essential, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be proactive, results-oriented, and able to multitask, with a strong sense of common sense and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
