As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Hospitality Accountant and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, spa, and events business units.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the hotel complimentary accounts, debtor's ledger, and deposit accounts
- Reconcile hotel commissions and complete a range of accounting tasks
- Assist in the production of monthly financial statements
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by reviewing outputs and providing recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- CPA/CA qualification or working towards it
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role
- Proficiency in using Opera, ERP, and budgeting/forecasting systems
- High level of attention to detail and strong numerical abilities
